Clerri $200 Gift Card Sweepstakes — AADOM 2026

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Completing a demonstration will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Promotion Period

The Clerri $200 Gift Card Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins August 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time and ends September 5, 2026 at 5:00:00 PM Central Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are dental practice owners, dental office managers, or dental practice staff.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. How to Enter

There are three (3) ways to enter. Each results in one (1) entry, and all three carry identical odds of winning. No method gives an entrant any advantage over another.

Attending AADOM 2026 is not required to enter or win. Entrants who do not wish to complete a product demonstration may enter free of charge using Method C and receive the same one (1) entry and the same odds of winning.

5. Entry Limit and Odds

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of the method used. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all methods.

6. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: a $200 Visa prepaid gift card. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $200.00 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $200.00 USD.

The gift card is subject to the terms, conditions, fees, and expiration date imposed by its issuer, which may include monthly service fees that reduce the available balance over time. Sponsor is not responsible for issuer terms.

The prize is not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received across all entry methods. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about September 11, 2026. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

No purchase intent, business relationship, sales-qualification status, practice size, or any other commercial factor will be used in selecting the winner. Selection is by random chance alone.

The winner will be notified by email at the address provided with their entry. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, if the notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries.

8. Publicity

Sponsor may ask the winner for permission to use their name, practice name, city, and state in connection with announcing the results. Permission is optional, and declining will not affect the winner's right to receive the prize.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, and to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

10. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

12. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, to be received by December 5, 2026, to:
